When booking a reading/session, half of the service price must be paid upfront and is non-refundable. Services are via Zoom for 1-2 hours with an option for audio format. Payment for the remaining balance is due 24 hours before the session for confirmation. Rescheduling requires prompt notice. Punctuality is crucial, with tardiness not extending session time. Missed appointments incur a £88 fee for rescheduling. Confidentiality is ensured for all services.
